How can I pay for my order?
All payments are handled by our payment providers Shopify Payments and Mondido Payments. Our providers allow you to make secure payments using the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, Apple pay, Google pay, Shop pay and Swish (Swedish customers only). Can I cancel my order?
Send us an email right away if you wish to cancel your order and we’ll help you out.
We’re working hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, and are unfortunately unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
Please note that you’re able to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where do you ship to?
All products are shipped worldwide from our office in Malmö, Sweden using DHL and TNT’s parcel services.
Orders within Sweden will be delivered within 5 business days, orders to Europe 10 business days and the rest of the world 14 days. Please note that the delivery times are based upon estimate and that delays may occur.

Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19 we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that your order is delivered within the normal shipping times as stated above. We are working hard to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible, but temporary border restrictions and other circumstances can affect the delivery times. Thank you for your patience.

How are the orders packaged?
All prints are carefully placed in wrapping tissue for protection and easy extraction from the cardboard paper tubes they are shipped in. Our customized tubes are made from high quality biodegradable kraft cardboard paper, and are placed in a second tube for extra protection to make sure the print is safely shipped to you.
All limited edition fine art prints are signed and numbered by the artist and each shipping also includes a certificate of authenticity from Artscape Warehouse stating the edition as well as print and paper quality. The certificate is signed by our directors as well as stamped for authenticity.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information for your parcel. Please visit the link in the email to find your order.

I changed my mind, can I return my order?
All items purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days of the delivery, as long as the returned products are in the same condition as per arrival. Please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will assist you with your return.
Will you be restocking sold out items?
Our fine art prints are produced in a limited edition only and won’t be restocked.
What materials and methods do you use for creating your prints?
Our prints are made in Sweden and produced in collaboration with Cehå tryckeri. We consult the printing experts at Cehå to ensure we get the best result for each individual edition.
Please check the material details on each specific print for further information regarding materials and printing technique.
How do you decide what products and artists to represent?
All artists are thoughtfully selected and curated by Artscape. As we value artistic freedom and freedom of expression highly, the prints in our store are always produced in close collaboration with our artists.
